Trio Amedyez
The repertoire includes pieces by Antonín Dvořák, Yannis Constantinidis, Iosif Ivanovici, as well as original pieces and traditional folk songs, covering evocative sounds from countries such as Armenia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Algeria, Serbia, and many others. This project required a great deal of research and adaptation, both for the lyrics and their pronunciation and for the musical material, which was often lacking or designed for different ensembles.
Melancholic and evocative atmospheres alternate with virtuosic moments that highlight the technical qualities of the musicians and pieces with great energy and a fast-paced rhythm, making this show very engaging and exciting.
